This 4ft6 double cream bouclé bed is designed for a 135 x 190 cm mattress. The slatted base sits within the frame, which is finished in boucle around the visible sides. Headboard upholstery provides a cushioned back panel above the bed’s supporting base. A bouclé covering gives the upholstered headboard and outer rails their textured look. Fabric pockets hold a book, phone or other small items near the mattress. They add accessible storage along the padded side without taking up the sleeping surface or requiring a separate box on the floor. The padded headboard is separate from the slats that support the sleeping area, making its backrest useful for reading. The bed uses a slatted mattress base within its surrounding support structure. The assembled frame includes both the slatted support and the visible outer panels. The headboard offers adjustable height settings for the chosen mattress. Set it to suit the chosen mattress thickness during assembly so that the padded panel remains at a useful height behind the sleeping area. The assembled frame measures approximately 203.2 x 146.6 x 64 cm. A mattress is not included. The frame surrounds the mattress, so check the outside width against the available wall space. Maximum load: 220 kg.
