This 4ft6 double dark grey velvet ottoman bed is designed for a 135 x 190 cm mattress. Hydraulic supports open the mattress platform above the underbed storage. Padding on the headboard provides a softer surface behind the sleeping platform. Velvet wraps the headboard and the visible edges of the frame, giving the bed a soft upholstered finish. The mattress base lifts on hydraulic supports to open the storage area below. The compartment can hold spare bedding or clothing, with room needed above the bed to lift the base. Integrated LED lighting puts an illuminated detail close to the sleeping area. When choosing a position for the bed, leave access to the lighting connection and its controls after assembly. Built-in USB and Type-C connections offer charging points near the headboard for compatible devices. Position the bed near a suitable socket and leave the power cable accessible after assembly. The hydraulic supports sit at the foot end, so the mattress base lifts to expose the underbed compartment without requiring another storage cabinet beside the bed.
