It also has USB and Type-C ports, giving the frame a more useful role than a plain bed base. The guardrail borders the sleeping level. Follow the instructions for the intended mattress depth so the rail remains useful once the mattress is in place. Open shelves put books and smaller items within reach. Check which side faces the room so they stay accessible after the frame is positioned. Keep a suitable power connection within reach of the charging point, and route any cable away from storage openings and the walking area.
