The York Floor to Ceiling Ball is perfect for fast paced training to help improve stamina, hand-eye co-ordination and speed. The 9 inch double end ball is made from synthetic hide material and is double stitched with chrome plated D-rings sewn in the top and bottom. Two latex bungee cords keep the ball in place and have adjustable length so you can alter the position of the ball to suit your training environment and your individual needs. The training ball also comes with two fixing brackets which are attached to the floor and ceiling along with a needle inflator.
