Designed with a 26cm diameter, this enameled cast iron casserole pot is ideal for preparing meals, it offers excellent heat retention for slow cooking, braising, roasting, baking, and searing. The smooth enamel interior helps prevent food from sticking and makes cleanup effortless.

Allow the casserole to cool naturally before washing; avoid exposing hot cast iron to cold water to prevent thermal shock. Wash by hand using warm water and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads and harsh cleaning products, which may damage the finish. Dry thoroughly after washing to help prevent moisture-related marks or rust. Do not leave the casserole soaking in water for prolonged periods. Use suitable oven gloves when handling the casserole or lid, as cast iron becomes extremely hot during cooking.
