This heavy-duty 28cm aluminum wok features a hard-wearing, non-stick, ceramic stone interior coating. This allows you to cook with little or no fat, oil, or butter for healthier eating. Ideal for stir-fries, curries, and chilies, the wok has a toughened glass lid with a steam vent and a soft touch grey handle. The dishwasher is safe and suitable for all hob types including induction.

Dishwasher Safe; Hand Wash Recommended. Suitable for all hob types, including induction. Please note induction hobs heat up very quickly and can deliver extremely high temperatures which are often two or three times that of a typical gas hob. Do not use high or boost settings to heat oil or fat, reduce the heat as soon as your preferred temperature is reached. We suggest lower heat settings are used as excessive heat will damage the pan and this may not be covered by your guarantee.
