For best results, always remove the air pocket from the water pouch to prevent leaks and ensure optimal support. Use clean tap or lukewarm water not exceeding 38°C (100°F) when filling, and refer to the filling chart for your preferred firmness level. To maintain freshness, you may add a drop of bleach to the water if desired. Empty and refill the pillow every 6–12 months to keep it clean and supportive. The pillow should be hung to dry, not machine washed, tumble dried, or dry cleaned. Handle with care when filling or adjusting to preserve the integrity of the water chamber and maintain lasting comfort.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
