The Goodyear Hose Reel is crafted from heavy-duty, impact-resistant, lightweight, and durable polypropylene enclosed spring-driven case. It features a newly designed swivel hose inlet connection that protects against leaks. The reel comes with a 3/8" inch x 50-foot premium commercial hybrid flex polymer hose, which is a blend of rubber and PVC, with a working pressure of 300PSI / 20BAR and 1/4" inch NPT connections. Included is a 36" (0.9m) lead-in hose and an ergonomic PVC grip. This hose reel is suitable for air use only and is designed to provide superior performance in various environments.
The premium commercial hybrid flex polymer hose offers superior bend radius, no memory to eliminate kinks, and lays flat. It is resistant to water, oil, ozone, weather, and abrasion, and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°F to 176°F (-40°C to 80°C). Unique features include an enclosed spring-driven case housing the newly designed swivel hose inlet connection to prevent leaks, an auto-guide system that retracts the hose in an orderly way without pile-up, and a 135° swivel bracket providing stable support. The reel utilizes a double adjustment enclosed multi-position release ratchet spring that locks the hose at any desired length, includes an adjustable hose stopper, and two non-snag rollers to reduce hose abrasion.
