The formula is water-based and non-toxic, suitable for kids aged 5+. Directions: Apply a thin layer of polish and allow a few minutes to dry. To remove, simply peel the polish off the finger nail. No nail polish remover necessary. (Staining may occur if nails are dry, but can be removed by rubbing baby oil on the nails, or will wear off in a day or two. Staining is not harmful).
