The critical thing to remember is to heat the rock slowly, allowing the heat to build up. Splash a drop of water over the salt rock after 15-20 minutes, and you should hear a satisfying sizzle telling you the salt rock is ready. Cook various burgers, salmon, steak and vegetables on the salt rock for a new barbecue experience.
