The oil contains a blend of 5 essential oils, with a mix of Grapefruit, Orange, Black Pepper, Palmarosa and Frankincense. Together these essential oils work to stimulate, boost self esteem, soothe emotions, help to strengthen the mind and having calming, relaxing effects. The oil can be used in a diffuser, added to a bath or shower or used in an oil burner.
