Safely practice inversions without putting any pressure on the neck and enjoy creative workouts with your feet up in the air while nourishing brain cells with more oxygen due to the increasing blood flow to the brain.

This fun accessory is not only your ideal partner for inversions but can also be used as a stool or an exercise bench due to its removable seat cushion which can be secured using the attached Velcro straps.

The removable seat cushion can also be used as an alternative to a yoga block, by bringing the floor closer to you.

Comfortable and easy to wash, the 6cm thick foam is supported by a strong wooden frame making it ultra-resistant but also light and portable. The Myga Inversion Stool comes with full assembly instructions included with the complete fixing kit.
