When you receive your rug. Unroll the rug from the packaging and pat down the rug to flatten the fibres again. This only needs to be done once. Care Instructions: Vacuum or shake to clean. For longest life and to preserve rich color of product do not expose to rain or sun for long periods. Do not expose to excess heat
