Clean the silicone ring regularly.Hand wash the inside using warm soapy water.Do not heat on the stove or in the microwave and do not wash in the dishwasher. Not suitable for dairy products or baby food, due to the risk of bacteria growth. Avoid filling up with cold liquids if the bottle is still hot, and vice versa. It may permanently damage the insulation layers. Avoid dropping your bottle or hitting it hard as it might permanently damage the insulation layers.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
