With two speed settings and pulse function, the device has an emulsifying disk for whisking egg whites, a range of blades to shred, slice and chop vegetables as well as a dough blade for kneading bread mixtures.

After every use, switch off, unplug and allow to cool before cleaning. Make sure the dial is set to position 0. Wipe the unit with a soft, damp cloth and allow to dry thoroughly. Wash each accessory except the blade attachments in warm, soapy water then rinse and dry thoroughly.
