The Slumberdown 7kg Weighted Blanket is part of our wellbeing range. It has multiple benefits such as helping to improve sleep quality and relieving stress and anxiety. The blanket is filled with glass microbeads creating a gentle pressure over your entire body giving the sensation of being hugged, allowing you to relax, unwind and feel a sense of calm and restfulness. Due to it's higher weight, this blanket is not recommended for use by persons under the age of 18 years. Weighted blankets have been used to reduce or manage the symptoms of sleep disorders and mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and general stress, as well as PTSD, restless leg syndrome, arthritis and fibromyalgia.
