It operates on charcoal and allows for several types of cooking: meat, fish, vegetables, desserts. Very easy to use, just place the charcoal at the bottom of the barbecue, wait for it to become embers, then close the lid and let the temperature rise. Add your food when the desired temperature is reached. The interior ceramic is 2cm thick. The preservation and distribution of heat are optimal.
