The SU650 features SLC caching and advanced error correction technologies to ensure optimised data performance and integrity. The intelligent SLC caching algorithm allows NAND Flash memory to operate in single-level cell mode, helping sustain peak read and write speeds for smoother and faster boot, file transfers, and downloads. With support for ECC (error correction code) technology, the SU650 can detect and fix errors to ensure data integrity and help extend SSD lifespan. Its MTBF (mean time between failures) is up to 2 million hours, approximately 25 per cent more than 2D NAND SSDs.
