You’ll often read that a weighted blanket's weight should sit anywhere between 8-12% of your body weight. While this is a useful guide, we’ve discovered it’s ultimately down to personal preference. Light pressure (4-5.5KG). The feeling of a weighted blanket can take a week or so to get used to, so you might want to opt for something lighter than most. 4KG will feel very gentle, and is a good weight for older kids or teens. 5.5KG is our entry weight for adults, and a good light option. If you opt for a Large size, you can always fold the blanket in half for deeper pressure later down the line. Medium pressure (7KG). If you’re totally new to weighted blankets, 7KG is our best-selling weight and tends to work for most people. With this, you’ll get a grounding pressure that doesn’t feel restrictive. Deeper pressure (9KG). If you’ve always loved the feeling of a chunky duvet, a pet lying on top of you, or you’re an experienced weighted blanket user looking for something heavier, then you might want to try our heaviest weighted blanket, which is 9KG. Standard - 100cm x 190cm, Large - 135cm x 190cm.

This washable weighted blanket comes with a removable cover, so it's super easy to care for and maintain. You can wash both parts of the weighted blanket separately. Wash at a maximum of 30°C. Wash on a cold gentle cycle. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry. FLAT DRY: To dry your blanket, place it flat on top of a few large towels to soak up any excess water. This will prevent the blanket from losing its shape. HANG DRY: You can hang-dry your blanket, but doing so may decrease the lifespan of your blanket. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. This product is not suitable for dry cleaning or for being used in a clothes dryer as it damages the blanket and reduces its lifespan. Composition: 100% Eucalyptus fiber shell & cover, recycled polyester filling, quartz glass weighted pellets, 300 single ply thread count.
