To prepare your mattress, unbox it and allow 24 hours for full expansion before first use. Rotate the mattress every 2–3 months to help maintain its shape and firmness. For cleaning, spot-clean only using mild soap and a damp cloth for any spills. The mattress is compatible with slatted, divan, or platform bed frames, and using a mattress protector is recommended for added hygiene and to prolong its lifespan.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
