1. Unpack: Open the mattress packaging slowly and with care and allow full expansion of the mattress in a cool, ventilated area for 24 hours before using it. 2. Rotate: Rotate the mattress head-to-foot every two to three months for even support and to reflect upon the durability of the mattress. 3. Clean: Spot clean the mattress cover using a mild detergent, fabric cleaner, and a damp cloth. Do not soak the cover or use a washing machine. 4. Use With: Our mattress will fit all standard UK-built bedframes. (Slatted, divan, platform, adjustable base). 5. Protect: A good-quality breathable waterproof mattress protector will ensure spills never meet the mattress, along with keeping away bacteria, allergens, and dust mites as well as maintaining the final feel of the mattress.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
