Parsley Juice – Lactic Acid Fermented, Organic is a 100% natural product derived from organic farming and certified with BIO No. PL-EKO-07-04494. This juice is pasteurized, naturally cloudy, and free from flavor enhancers, artificial colors, or preservatives. It contains naturally occurring sugars and has an acidity of 3.5-4 pH. The lacto-fermentation process used enhances the nutrient content of the juice, increasing the levels of B-group vitamins and vitamin C compared to raw vegetables. Parsley Juice is rich in vitamins E, K, A, and C, and contains essential minerals such as phosphorus, zinc, copper, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, and potassium. It also includes folic acid and flavonoids. The ingredients are directly pressed juice from organic parsley, organic garlic, and salt.
