Widely used in vegetarian and vegan diets, it offers a rich source of nutritional values, vitamins, and minerals. Sesame butter contains antioxidants, amino acids, carbohydrates, protein, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin B12. Additionally, it provides folic acid, sesamin, unsaturated fatty acids, fiber, phytosterols, and B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6).
