Growing tasty herbs plants are also a fantastic way of getting children involved and interested in gardening as they can be rewarded for their efforts!⁣ IDEAL TO GROW IN YOUR KITCHEN OR GARDEN Herbs are pretty drought tolerant once established, so they prefer to be situated in full sunlight with light, free-draining soil. Look out for slugs and snails so they don't snack on your herbs. Its small flowers will attract bees and butterflies to your garden.

Mint plants are hardy and easy to care for, thriving in a sunny or partially shaded spot with well-drained, moist soil. Keep the soil consistently damp but not waterlogged, watering regularly, especially during dry spells. Mint grows vigorously, so it’s best to plant it in a container to prevent it from spreading uncontrollably. Regularly trim the plant to encourage bushy growth and prevent it from becoming leggy. Remove any flower buds to maintain the plant’s flavour and vitality. With proper care, mint will thrive and provide a fresh, aromatic harvest throughout the growing season.
