Before first use, wash the ceramic roasting dish with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Always use oven gloves when handling, as the dish becomes extremely hot during cooking. Oven safe up to 250°C. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as placing a hot dish directly onto a cold or wet surface or adding cold water while hot, as this may cause cracking or damage. Do not use directly on gas, electric or induction hobs or under a grill unless specifically approved by the manufacturer. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to protect the non-stick coating and avoid sharp metal utensils, abrasive sponges and harsh cleaning chemicals. Allow the dish to cool completely before cleaning. Hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended to maintain the ceramic finish and non-stick performance. Avoid dropping or knocking the dish against hard surfaces, and do not use if cracked, chipped or damaged. Store carefully to prevent scratches and ensure long-lasting performance.
