The durable PE platform has a grooved PVC top to provide extra grip under your feet during step aerobics, lunges and squats. The textured surface also helps keep your hands secure when performing press-ups, planks and other floor-based exercises. Three sets of risers allow you to adjust the height between 10cm, 15cm and 20cm. Increasing the height adds intensity to step-ups and cardio sessions, while lower settings are ideal for controlled training and warm-ups. Wide square risers provide a stable base, with TPE stoppers underneath to improve grip on hard flooring and help protect surfaces from scratches. Strong enough for demanding workouts, the step supports a maximum weight capacity of 250kg. It can also be used for dumbbell presses, elevated lunges, squats and full-body circuit training.
