To choose the right size, the clubs should be the length of the gymnast's forearm. We have a variety of sizes to help you find the right one. To find your size: Place one club along your forearm. It should be the length of your fingertips to the crook of your elbow. How to maintain your clubs: We recommend using the clubs on a surface such as a gymnastics mat or multisport floor as hard surfaces such as wood and cement may damage them. Wash your clubs with a little washing up liquid, water, and a soft sponge. Rinse well and rub gently. Dry with a microfibre cloth to avoid abrasion. How to protect your clubs: We offer a cover designed for easily transporting and protecting rhythmic gymnastics (RG) clubs, which can hold 1 pair of clubs up to 46 cm.How to customise your clubs: Since every gymnast likes to personalise their apparatus to make it unique and match their outfit, our clubs can be customised with adhesive tape.
