Escallonia Gold Ellen is a pretty evergreen bushy shrub, has bright gold & green glossy variegated leaves and masses of pink flowers in mid summer. Will grow in any garden in full sun or semi shade and can grow to approx 6ft tall when mature, however can be pruned to keep smaller, perfect border filler or can be used as a gorgeous hedging plant. If you choose to grow them on a patio, we recommend using a pot of 20 litres or more. Shrubs & Trees planted in the ground will reach their full potential size, but those grown in pots can be easily managed to maintain your desired height.
