Predator-Secure Nesting System: This AffinityFurn 6-bay nest box features individual catch trays with reinforced barriers, preventing egg theft by foxes or rodents. The elevated wall-mount design keeps hens secure during laying while galvanised steel construction deters chewing - essential for UK free-range farms and backyard coops exposed to British wildlife threats. Automatic Egg Preservation Technology: Engineered with precisely angled roll-away floors (14° gradient), eggs gently glide into protected collection trays. This eliminates pecking damage and fecal contamination - critical for maintaining DEFRA-compliant egg quality in Welsh valleys or Scottish smallholdings. Stress-Free Egg Retrieval Mechanism: Retrieve eggs without disturbing hens via external flip-top lids. The outward-opening covers allow daily collection in 20 seconds per bay - ideal for high-yield Sussex hybrids or Orpington flocks where minimal disruption boosts productivity.

Humidity-Controlled Ventilation Design: Multi-directional airflow vents prevent condensation buildup beneath trays, reducing salmonella risks. Strategically placed perforations maintain optimal 60-70% humidity year-round - vital for damp Cornish coastal coops and Peak District smallholdings. Lifetime Galvanized Durable: This product is made of 1.2mm hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a zinc-aluminum coating to withstand Atlantic salt spray and Cumbria's heavy rains. The product has been rigorously tested to meet standards and will not deform.
