The KN650A features a 7 inch removable blade system and even comes with an additional set of blades for slicing partially thawed or lightly frozen food such as cooked meat, cooked poultry, bread, cakes, sandwiches, fruit and vegetables (not suitable for deep frozen food). The sharp, stainless steel blades are easily removed and completely dishwasher safe for cleaning convenience.
