The cutter can be used to cut sealing sleeves during final assembly, close to the wall, and is standard-compliant. Fitted with a rotatable knife block for cutting plastic pipes, the blade is in the middle, and sealing sleeves with the blade on the outside. Two spare blades are integrated in the tool.
