To clean your 2 Slice Toaster, first allow it to fully cool down. Then, wipe the exterior with a damp (but not wet) cloth and dry with a soft cloth. When emptying the crumb tray, avoid inverting the toaster to prevent crumbs from getting trapped in the element areas, which could pose a fire risk. Empty the crumb tray regularly and avoid using abrasive, chemical, or solvent-based cleaners, as they may damage the plastic parts. Never immerse the unit, cord, or plug in water or any liquid. For cleaning your kettle, first unplug it and allow it to cool completely. Wipe the exterior and base with a damp cloth, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive, harsh, or caustic cleaning materials, as they may cause permanent damage. If you live in a hard water area, lime-scale buildup may occur over time. In this case, use a de-scaling product following the manufacturer's instructions. After de-scaling, fill the kettle with clean water, boil, empty, and rinse it twice before using again. Small rust spots may also appear due to impurities in the water; this is normal and not a cause for concern.
