For the best results, we recommend unrolling your rug as soon as possible to allow it to naturally settle into place. It’s common to notice lines or creases initially, but these will gradually disappear. To speed up the process, gently roll the rug in the opposite direction while applying light pressure, flip the creased edge, and slowly unroll while pressing down on the crease. Crafted from high-quality materials, our rugs are designed for effortless care. Regular vacuuming is usually sufficient to keep them looking fresh and inviting. For spot cleaning, simply use a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach or strong detergents. In case of spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth to preserve the rug’s integrity and appearance.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
