This MYLEK Air Curtain is the perfect addition above an entrance - welcoming guests, staff, and customers with a welcoming level of heat as soon as they enter. The 24/7 timer allows you to program your air curtain heater to your desired needs. Set the heater to start just as your premises opens and ensure it switches off just after closing, allowing you to keep customers warm and give them a warm welcome, without using unnecessary amounts of energy heating unoccupied spaces. The unit also comes with a remote control so you can change your settings from afar rather than adjusting it at the air curtain. This is great if you are stuck behind a counter but need to change the settings on your air curtain. You can choose between 2 heat settings (1KW and 2KW) or fan-only Mode for a gentle breeze in those hot summer months. Using a PTC heating element, this air curtain provides fast and immediate heat into doorways, conservatories and reception areas. The ceramic PTC element is self-regulating and varies its wattage to maintain a pre-set temperature. This means that it only draws the required current to maintain the temperature. Maintains your selected temperature to within 0.2 degrees for minimal temperature fluctuations. The unit comes with open window detection function so if a window or door is left open the unit will turn off to save energy and once it detects the door/window is closed it will turn itself back on again.

The air curtain is EPR Lot 20 compliant, meaning it passes the highest legal standards for energy efficiency. This unit also comes with overheat protection so you can buy with peace of mind. This unit comes with a 3-pin plug and the cable length is approximately 1.5m. Power: 2kW. Dimensions: Height: 18cm. Length: 46cm/ Depth: 11cm. When installing a space of at least 20cm or 8 inches must be left at the sides and above the heater.
