Style it out with this genius Vitamin E Oil Pen. Condition and rehydrate your cuticles and nails back to their healthiest self. Twist the end for a drop of Vitamin E oil. Brush over nails and cuticles - softly massage in. Works best twice daily to prevent hang nails, splitting, peeling and breaking. Directions: 1. Brush the oil onto the cuticles and all the way up the side of the nails. 2. Massage the oil into the nail and cuticle. 3. Apply oil at least twice each. One full twist of the pen will be enough oil to do one full hand.
