Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. Avoiding harsh chemicals. Anti Slip Rug Grip Recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion & improve durability. For heavy cleaning, professional cleaning recommended. For Vacuuming avoid the use of a beater bar or if available adjust the setting to the highest pile setting. If variable power settings are available, please set to low. Vacuum full legth, turn & repeat. Avodiing a back & forth dragging motion. High Power Vacuums may cause damage.

Extended Christmas Returns - Any orders made between 11th November - 8th December can be returned until 5th January.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
