How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Our Personalised Fresh Botanical White Wooden Keepsake Box is perfect for storing precious mementoes of a dream wedding, honeymoon photographs and souvenirs, or even small trinkets or jewellery. The keepsake box can be personalised with 2 lines of text of up to 15 characters per line and a further 2 lines of text with up to 20 characters per line. Please note that all text is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Please avoid entering your text in block capitals on lines 1 and 2 as this may result in the personalisation being difficult to read. Please also note that these keepsake boxes are hand painted and are made from natural wood, which may mean that there are some slight blemishes on the surface of the box or grooves in the wood. This box also features a sturdy metal clasp and metal hinges, ensuring that your precious keepsakes are kept safe and secure.
