How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Add something a little more personal to the tree this year with our Personalised Photo Upload Memorial Bauble Whether for a baby's 1st Christmas, newlyweds or memorial, this bauble would make the perfect gift. Simply choose a photo to adorn the front alongside their name with up to 12 characters and add a message onto the reverse of the bauble, over 4 lines of 20 characters per line. Please note that all personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Please refrain from using fixed upper case for line 1 as this will make the script font difficult to read.
