This trough shaped, grey coloured planter is made of extremely strong and durable fibrecotta, a unique blend of fibre and clay. This light compound is similar to terracotta, as it allows plants and flowers to breathe and its naturally retained salts escape over time, allowing a natural ageing. A bung is supplied so that you can seal the drainage hole of the planter. Fibrecotta is a wonderfully versatile material which is light-weight (when compared to stone), frost-proof, tough, low maintenance and non corroding. Fibrecotta combines the classic styling with modern design, the innovative material allows the plant to breathe whilst remaining tough and durable.
