Pure2Improve Weightlifting Belt, Size Small, has a length of 105 cm. The Weightlifting Belt supports your lower back during squats and dead lifts. Reducing stress on the lower back and spine, whilst offering stability when lifting in a upright position and prevents back hyperextension during overhead lifts. The belt fits well at the hip and rib cage, so you can also bend and turn sideways. The inner lining is made of cushioning suede and foam for optimal comfort. The specially tanned leather immediately feels good and only gets better when you use it more often.
