After every use, switch off, unplug and allow to cool before cleaning. Wipe the unit with a soft, damp cloth and allow to dry thoroughly. Wash the bowl and each accessory in warm, soapy water then rinse and dry thoroughly. Not safe for dishwasher use. Do not immerse the mixer unit in water or any liquid.
