Non-Stick, Fold Out Grill, Cook using little to no oil, In built oil channel to drain any excess fat and grease, opens to 180 degrees and into 2 flat surfaces. After every use, switch off, unplug and allow to cool before cleaning. Use the spatula to channel excess oil into the drip cup when cool and wipe the grill housing with a soft, damp cloth. Clean the accessories in warm, soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the health grill in water or any other liquid. Remove baked on food from the cooking plates with warm water mixed with mild detergent and wipe clean with paper towel or non-abrasive scourer.
