Our soft and cotton rich extra wide socks can expand to a maximum leg circumference of 30 inches (76 cm). This is due to a loose knit weave that adjusts gently, without causing unwanted constriction for sensitive, swollen legs. Made in Britain to high standards, these foot-and-leg-kind IOMI FootNurse socks have also been produced with flat, hand-linked toes for smooth seams to prevent the rubbing and irritation that can cause blisters. Oedema is the medical term for fluid retention. These socks can also help with lymphoedema (chronic swelling caused by the lymphatic system not draining properly) and other size-related conditions of the legs, ankles and feet.
