Read the user manual carefully to understand the device's functions, settings, and safety instructions. Connect the unit to the anal probe. Insert the anal probe until the base of the flange touches the anus. You can adjust the position of the flange for comfort. Press and hold the ON button to switch the device on. Select the programme by pressing the button P. Regulate the output intensity with the UP and DOWN arrows. Press and hold the OFF button to switch the device off.
