Before starting, read the user manual to understand the device's functions, settings, and safety instructions. Charge the device before using it for the first time. Attach the lead wires to the unit and electrodes. Place the electrodes on the desired area of the body. Use the user interface to choose a program and set the treatment time. Adjust the intensity level as needed.
