Instructions: Simply place the whole wheat bag in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes at 500-1000 watts. For sprains, it can also be chilled in the freezer for up to 1 hour.

Approximate size of 30cm x 20cm. Inspect at regular intervals discard if found worn or damaged. Wipe clean only. Not suitable for children under 36 months. This product can cause burns.
