Instructions: Simply place the whole wheat bag in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes at 500-1000 watts. For sprains, it can also be chilled in the freezer for up to 1 hour. With an approximate size of 30cm x 20cm, it’s suitable for all ages over 36 months. For easy maintenance, the bottle is wipe clean.
