1. Unpacking: Take out all packaging carefully and let the mattress expand for up to 24 hours in a well-ventilated room before putting it to use. 2. Rotate: To assure even support on the mattress and for the betterment of its life, interchange rotation head-to-foot every 2 or 3 months. 3. Cleaning: Wipe the surface with a nearly damp cloth with mild detergent. Do not soak the fabric or use bleach. Machine washing is not allowed. 5. Compatible with: Compatible with standard slatted bed frames, bunk beds, divan bases, and platform beds. 6. Protecting: One should use a breathable child-safe mattress protector to keep it clean on the surface and maintain its greatest durability.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
