Switch off all of your devices and find a quiet space to relax free from noise and clutter, light the candle and let the natural aromas envelop the room. Apply the cooling eye mask, put in the ear plugs and lie back, focus on your breath and relax for as long as you need. To complete the ritual add several drops of the floral bath soak to a warm bath for ultimate relaxation.

Step 1:Switch off all of your devices. Step 2: Find a quiet space to relax, free from noise and clutter. Step 3: Light your candle and let the natural aromas envelop the room. Step 4: Remove the gel pad from the eye mask and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 minutes. Step 5: Once cooled, put the gel pad back inside the eye mask. Step 6: Apply eye mask, put in your ear plugs and lie back. Focus on your breath and relax for as long as you need. Step 7: To complete the ritual and for ultimate relaxation, run a warm bath and add several drops of the floral bath soak.
