Fitted with specifically designed moulds for each element of your rope, the adidas carry case is a convenient method for storing and transporting. Weighted Handles With both 50g and 100g cores at your disposal, the skipping rope set features weighted handle inserts, tailoring the exercise difficulty to match your level or training preference.
